Additionally, Boston Medical Center has a comprehensive transgender health medical and surgical program that fellows actively participate in. Fellows receive hands-on experience with thyroid ultrasound and fine needle aspiration, participating in multidisciplinary endocrine surgery clinics directly with endocrine surgeons. Fellows in the program have clinical exposure to a diversity of endocrine conditions.
